Energy Analysis of Flattened Heat Pipe with Nanofluids for Sustainable Electronic Cooling Applications

With the growing consumer demand in electronics field, sustainable and effective cooling approaches are imperative to maximize operational efficiency. Heat pipes shave a major consideration field of heat transfer modern era miniaturization equipment. In current trends, proportion custom-designed electronic chips is increasing, given space constraints application. Additionally, use nanofluids has drawn considerable attention because their exceptional performance transfer. This research proposed primarily investigate effect on partially flattened pipe. Here, evaporator portion forms flat shape which mostly suitable for fixing easily circuits. The remaining portions, such as adiabatic condenser, left circular. work also covers development analyzes performance. Pure water, Titanium Oxide (TiO2), Aluminum (Al2O3)-water-based have been used this working fluids. analysis customized pipe was performed, results compared with fully circular pipes. parameters, coefficient thermal resistance, determined from input, temperature, condenser temperature various inclination angles including 0°, 45°, 90° input varied between 50–300 W. shown that performed better Al2O3 nanofluid at an angle 45° all inputs provided resistance other combinations. At reduced by 2% 8% water TiO2 nanofluid. Furthermore, found higher 4 W/m2-K 4.6 gives terms coefficient.
